Slackline is a fun and perfect way to hone balancing skills while building strength as well as confidence. We believe that everyone, regardless of their age, training and goals benefits from slacklining. Balance and stability are two fundamental factors that sustainably influence everyday life and provide the basis for an active and healthy life.

 

One key aspect why slackline is recommended, is due to its vibrations which generates a normotonia i.e. spastic muscles are loosened and weak muscles are activated. Additionally, countless scientific studies have proven that slackline improves leg axis, equilibrium sense, posture of spine, increases functional joint stability thus proving a holistic full body training which is imperative for climbing and climbers.
