This course covers the basic muscle physiology for physical education, the heart, and the energy systems as well as how to convert food to energy. This course will also cover the principles of training, training methods, oxygen uptake, fatigue and recovery. Finally, you will also learn about the relationship between physical activity and society. We give you ways to create memorable experiences for yourself, simple put, ‘Togethering’ is the term used in fitness that describes people’s desire to go to different places and do different things, to meet like-minded people who enjoy similar activities.
